In this document, "tbaee", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the tbaee online gaming platform and its related services. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person who accesses or uses the tbaee website, app or services.

• In-play (live) betting markets may be temporarily suspended at any time.
• If any bet is found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation, it will be voided and the account will be closed.

tbaee's VIP program has three tiers. Advancement through each tier depends on the player's activity and participation:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Advancement or demotion in VIP tiers is entirely at tbaee's discretion. tbaee reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time. The general bonus terms and conditions also apply to cashback bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbaee:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking or unauthorised use of another user's account.
• Conducting any fraudulent transactions on the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in gaming software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or cyber attacks on tbaee's systems or network.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.

If anyone is found to be involved in any of the above activities, tbaee reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

If there is a valid balance before account closure and no bonus-related rules have been violated, that balance will be returned. The balance may be placed on hold during an investigation.
